• A non-refundable session fee is required to reserve your appointment.
• Portrait artwork is sold separately and pricing will be discussed at your in-person or virtual viewing and ordering appointment.
• All sales are final once your order has been placed. Due to the custom and artistic nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
• Payment is due in full at the time of ordering, unless a pre-approved payment plan is arranged in writing.

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or forfeiture of your appointment without refund.
• No-shows or cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

• The Dog Studio NM retains the copyright to all images and may use them for marketing, promotional, portfolio, website, and educational purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Clients receive personal-use rights only for purchased images. Reproduction, editing, or commercial use of any image is strictly prohibited without written consent.
• Digital files are delivered as final products. RAW or unedited images are not available for review, sale, or release.

• The Dog Studio NM is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your session, including travel to or from the studio or session location.
• We take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety and the security of your artwork, but we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances.

• By booking a session, you consent to receive SMS and email notifications regarding your appointment, artwork orders, and occasional promotional updates. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or unsubscribing via email.

• These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website at www.thedogstudionm.com.
